① Equipment technology

The introduction of the equipment independently developed by Jinrui Machinery is as follows: After the bacteria, feces and auxiliary materials enter the equipment through the screw conveyor, they can be deodorized in a short time. The equipment is a box-type structure, the internal stirring shaft rotates regularly, combined with high temperature fermentation process, egg sterilization. The feces can be deodorized for 2-3 hours inside the equipment, 8-10 hours of fermentation, and the material can be discharged. The indicators of organic fertilizer far exceed the national standards.

② Production raw materials

Livestock manure, biological strains, auxiliary materials: cassava residue, mushroom residue, straw powder, peanut shell powder, corn cob, etc.

Additives are added to enhance the permeability of the material and absorb the moisture of the feces. Regular stirring will increase the oxygen content of chicken manure during fermentation. Without auxiliary materials, the fermentation process is slow, the air permeability is not good, the microorganisms are greatly reduced, the processing is slow, and it is easy to produce odor. The equipment needs oxygen inside for aerobic fermentation, so that the bacteria inside can quickly multiply and spread, and can ferment high-quality organic fertilizer.
